Assembled by Mayor Michael B. Hancock, the ELT is an advisory group charged with exploring the future of the Denver Performing Arts Complex. It is responsible for using public input, an Urban Design Framework Plan, and other due diligence to develop and vet recommendations and, with the help of the contracted firm, deliver the final Arts Complex Master Plan and a series of recommendations to the Mayor’s Office.
